ASREF was created as a joint venture by Vintage Realty Group and SDS. This close on a 234-unit Olive Tree Holdings redevelopment will bring more affordable housing units for Houston residents.
Some highlights of the announcement include:

This 234-unit complex is one of the few senior/affordable housing developments within the high-demand Southeast Houston region.
