Brad Stanhope profiles ASREF’s investment to redevelop and reopen the historic St. James Hotel in Selma, Alabama. The hotel, which opened in February 2021, is the only full-service hotel in Selma and is located at the foot of the Edmund Pettus Bridge, a National Historic Landmark that marks the site of the “Bloody Sunday” civil rights march.
